Key Responsibilities
Provide individualized nursing care to senior residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care
Perform resident assessments and coordinate care
Educate residents and may serve as charge nurse
Delegate tasks to assistive personnel
Required Qualifications
Unencumbered RN license
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in nursing
