Join The Jewish Board as a Client Engagement Specialist, where you'll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive the care they need. Your role will involve managing communications, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to support individuals and families in a compassionate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answer, return, and screen calls/requests
Collect and scan documentation and co-pays
Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
Document services provided in client charts
Manage interactions with clients in-person and over the phone
Communicate client needs to clinic leadership
Perform data entry and handle routine office tasks
Required Qualifications
BA in related healthcare field or minimum two years related work experience
Ability to work well with others as part of a team
Ability to work autonomously in a hybrid work setting
Experience working under pressure in a multi-tasking environment
Effective communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Significant experience with providing excellent customer service
