Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Screener/Phlebotomist and play a vital role in collecting life-changing plasma. You will provide essential customer service, ensuring donor safety and satisfaction while performing screenings and phlebotomy tasks in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Screen new and repeat donors
Take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results
Answer phones and greet donors
Maintain accurate records and prepare donor charts
Coordinate donor compensation
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer or patient facing role (1 or more years preferred)
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs
Preferred Qualifications
Fine motor coordination
Depth perception
Ability to hear equipment from a distance
