Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide to support K–12 special education students in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul area. This role offers an opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience while making a positive impact on students' academic and behavioral development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in implementing academic adaptations and individualized education plans (IEPs)
Support students individually or in small groups
Maintain a safe and conducive classroom environment
Provide timely support for students in crisis situations
Utilize various learning methods to enhance engagement and outcomes
Required Qualifications
60 college credits or higher OR passing score on Paraeducator Assessment or Paraprofessional Assessment
Professional proficiency in English
U.S. Work Authorization
Preferred Qualifications
ParaPro Certification
Behavioral Technician or PCA experience
Experience in a school setting with children with special needs
