Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration.
Promote patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
Develop, implement, and document individual care plans.
Communicate care plans across the continuum of care.
Assess patient needs and preferences.
Required Qualifications
Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) License
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
