About The Position

Registered Nurse - PACU
Location: Midland Memorial Hospital, 400 Rosalind Redfern Grover Pkwy, Midland, TX 79701
Start Date: July 21, 2025
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shifts: Days, 5x8-hour (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM)
Call Required: Yes
Patient Ratio: 1:2 (Days)

Job Requirements
Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year PACU experience required

  • 2 years preferred

  • Experience with pediatrics, critical care, Level II trauma, and invasive procedures (nerve blocks, chest tubes, central lines, A-line placement, intubation)

  • Must be comfortable recovering patients from Plastics, Urology, Dental, GYN

• Certifications:

  • BLS (Required)

  • ACLS (Required)

  • PALS (Required)

  • NIH (Required)

• EMR: Cerner (preferred)
