Travel MSICU RN – Nights

Location: Midland, MI
Start Date: September 2, 2025
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights (6:42 PM – 7:12 AM)
Weekend Requirements: Three weekend shifts per 4-week schedule (Friday and Saturday)
On Call: No Call

Position Overview:

Performs integrated pre- and post-operative critical care using the nursing process and broad nursing knowledge, delivering care with compassion and clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients for physical, emotional, psychosocial, and family support needs (25%)

• Organize and coordinate all aspects of patient care based on individual needs (25%)

• Evaluate patient progress in relation to goals and clinical pathways (25%)

• Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement total patient care (25%)

Submission Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years SICU experience – Required

• Open Heart training – Required

• BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) certifications – Required

• Travel experience – Highly preferred

• Epic experience – Preferred
