Key Responsibilities
Perform imaging scans on patients of all ages following established protocols.
Educate patients about exams and screen for contrast allergies.
Maintain workflow and minimize empty table time.
Operate imaging equipment safely and properly.
Review images and notify physicians of emergent findings.
Use computer systems for managing exam orders.
Required Qualifications
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Completion of radiologic technology training
A.R.R.T. registration
General radiographer state license as required by state
Preferred Qualifications
Computed Tomography A.R.R.T.(CT) certification
