Location: Watford City, ND
Pay: Up to $60/hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $20,000

We’re looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality therapy services to patients in a rural healthcare setting. You will be responsible for planning and delivering occupational therapy treatments, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, and supporting patients’ recovery and independence.
Perform thorough patient evaluations, follow-up assessments, and discharge planning based on individual care plans
Develop and implement occupational therapy programs that comply with state and federal guidelines
Gather and verify patient information through interviews and medical records to set treatment objectives
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient progress and therapy outcomes
Ensure all therapy services are properly documented to support billing and reimbursement
Promote a safe, healthy workplace by adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Follow professional ethical standards and facility policies in all aspects of therapy delivery
Adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique challenges of a rural healthcare environment
Participate in ongoing efforts to improve therapy services and patient care
Complete other duties as assigned
Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Successful completion of the NBCOT certification exam
Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in the state
Proficient in various occupational therapy methods, assistive devices, and adaptive equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create personalized treatment plans based on patient needs
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Current or willing to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
