Key Responsibilities
Plan and administer prescribed skilled physical therapy treatment and training for patients
Confer with physician and clinical team members to develop and revise therapy treatment programs
Develop and implement conditioning/rehabilitation programs consistent with the physicians' Plan of Treatment
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
PT Licensure in the state of practice
Current CPR Certification
Preferred Qualifications
One year's experience in hospital or home health
