Join Intuit as a Tax Expert and work remotely this tax season! Leverage your tax expertise to assist clients with their tax preparations using TurboTax, all while enjoying a range of company benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in completing their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full service return preparation
Manage tax calculations and product/software inquiries
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney)
Strong tax preparation experience
Extensive knowledge of tax laws
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers professionally
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Passion for helping clients navigate taxation complexities
