Job Description

Join CB2 as a Team Leader, Sales and energize the sales floor while mentoring a team to exceed goals. Collaborate with management to enhance customer experiences and drive team success in a creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and model company core selling and customer service standards.
  • Accountable for achieving sales goals and customer service standards.
  • Train and develop associates on product knowledge and customer service.
  • Lead and manage associate workload.
  • Support performance and development for designated associates.
  • Provide specific feedback about performance to associates.
  • Communicate regularly with the Assistant Manager.
  • Coach associates on performance.
  • Maintain store displays and visual merchandising standards.
  • Exhibit competency in all front/back of house processes.

  • Excellent reading and written language skills (English)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong proactive problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to set expectations and hold others accountable

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience
  • Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends
