Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as the Assistant Director of Adult Residential Programs, where you'll oversee a dedicated team focused on empowering adults with serious mental illness. This role combines clinical oversight, staff supervision, and collaboration with various departments to ensure safe and effective program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise Social Workers, Case Managers, and Case Associates
Conduct regular evaluations and reviews of staff performance
Ensure compliance with regulatory and agency standards
Participate in administrative meetings and case conferences
Collaborate with other departments for program needs
Document work in electronic health record systems
Required Qualifications
LCSW, MSW, or other clinical qualification preferred
Minimum of five years' experience
Prior experience with adults diagnosed with mental illness, homelessness, and substance abuse history
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
MPA, MPH, or related degree
Experience in housing and supportive housing programs
