We have immediate openings for Clinical Social Workers who specialize, or have interest, in geriatric behavioral health. *Part-Time or Full-Time* Qualifications of the Social Worker: * LCSW; Proficient with use of technology (medical records, word, excel, etc.) Autonomy within facilities and with clinical support and supervision * Electronic charting with modern medical record * Paid malpractice and competitive salary and benefits (for full time) Provide direct psycho-social services through the comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment of nursing home residents. * Includes individual, group and family therapies. * Can flex and see more or less to accommodate scheduling as needed, focus on work life balance * Collaboration with Interdisciplinary team to ensure best practice and quality outcomes as well as assure continuity of care. * Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and medically necessary documentation of clinical contacts. * 1+ years' experience providing mental health services, particularly healthcare settings in Nursing Homes. * Experience with Medicare guidelines, standards of care and documentation.
