Job Description
Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Senior Analyst to lead the transformation of payroll functions across the US and Canada. You'll work closely with finance leaders to enhance processes, ensure compliance, and provide exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll transformation initiative
Analyze BCG policies and processes for efficiencies
Oversee multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Support mobility-related payroll functions for U.S.-based expatriates
Plan and coordinate transformation process-related activities
Build partnerships across the organization
Handle escalations and resolve issues
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.)
Experience in system/operational transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path etc.)
Working knowledge and experience with international mobility rules and multi-state payroll taxation
