Join Aarons as a Customer Accounts Advisor Plus, where you will play a crucial role in renewing lease agreements and maintaining customer relationships. This position offers a dynamic work environment focused on achieving sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and maintain customers
Protect company assets
Contact customers who have not renewed lease agreements
Act as a customer counselor for lease agreement renewals
Assist in achieving revenue and renewal goals
Document customer appointments in the store system
Maintain updated customer information
Assist with merchandise returns and deliveries
Perform Customer Account Manager responsibilities when directed
Safely operate company vehicle
Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle
Clean and certify merchandise in Quality Assurance Center
Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets
Assist the Sales Team as needed
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent preferred
Position routinely requires lifting, loading and 'dollying' merchandise 50-300 pounds
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Strong telephone etiquette
Good organizational skills
Professional groomed appearance
Good driving skills
Ability to work schedule of budgeted hours varying from 8am to 9pm
Satisfactory MVR, D.O.T physical/certification, and valid Driver’s License
