Requirements
- Current RN license and good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association (be sure to include the AHA logo and QR Code).
- Current ACLS and NIH certification.
- Minimum of 2-years recent experience as an ER RN.
- Strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to assess, plan, coordinate, evaluate and delegate the delivery of skilled patient care.
- Strong ability to use independent, critical judgment in all aspects of patient care delivery.
- Competency in current emergency room evidence-based practices and protocols.
- Flexibility and willingness to float to new units and/or locations.
