Job Description

Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Medical Customer Service / Entry-Level Phlebotomist, where your role will be vital in collecting life-changing plasma donations. With on-the-job training, you will engage with donors, ensure their safety, and contribute to an essential service that transforms patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and greet donors
  • Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs
  • Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts
  • Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation
  • Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach
  • Fine motor coordination and depth perception
  • Ability to lift up to 32 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role
