Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Classroom Aide and make a meaningful impact in the lives of special education students. Support teachers in creating a welcoming environment and help students thrive through targeted behavioral interventions.
Key Responsibilities
Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students
Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support
Collaborate with teachers and behavior specialists
Track and document behavioral data
Partner with special education staff and families for student support
Support students with daily routines
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs
Experience providing personal care support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations
US Work Authorization
English proficiency
Passion for supporting students
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting children with autism or complex emotional needs
Experience in special education, particularly with moderate to severe behaviors
