Key Responsibilities
Greet and register patients promptly and pleasantly
Schedule patient appointments and manage waiting room
Ensure patient demographics are correct in Epic
Handle cash payments and issue receipts
Assist with back-office tasks to ensure smooth patient flow
Resolve service issues and complaints
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
1+ years of related healthcare experience, including scheduling experience
1+ years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to travel 25% of the time to sister clinics
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience with electronic health records
1+ years of experience handling and triaging telephone calls
Knowledge of medical terminology
