Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and register patients promptly and pleasantly
  • Schedule patient appointments and manage waiting room
  • Ensure patient demographics are correct in Epic
  • Handle cash payments and issue receipts
  • Assist with back-office tasks to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Resolve service issues and complaints

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • 1+ years of related healthcare experience, including scheduling experience
  • 1+ years of customer service experience with strong communication skills
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time to sister clinics

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience with electronic health records
  • 1+ years of experience handling and triaging telephone calls
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
