Job Description

Join Advanced Technology Services as a Regional Field Industrial Maintenance Senior Specialist, where you will perform expert maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal factory operations. You will work independently and collaboratively to enhance reliability and efficiency while training and mentoring lower-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities

Perform expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance
Identify and source parts, supplies, and repair items
Independently perform maintenance as per industry standards
Work with customer counterparts to optimize maintenance and reliability
Setup and operate multiple machining operations
Document work performed in service reports
Provide assistance to lower-level technicians
Troubleshoot and analyze complex control systems
Utilize advanced maintenance technologies
Conduct on-the-job training and technical self-study programs

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or equivalent (GED)
Associates degree with a Technical focus and 10 years of related experience in specific industry, or 12 years of experience in specific industry
Comprehensive understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems
Ability to use basic hand tools and specialized tools
Extensive travel required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in condition based maintenance techniques
Experience in programmable logic controllers
Field device troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical drive and motor systems
