Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Obtain insurance pre-authorizations for tests/procedures
Coordinate with health insurance representatives and patients
Maintain referral and pre-authorization records
Respond to patient inquiries regarding health plan benefits
Assist with referral audits and special projects
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum one year Pre-Authorization experience
Strong medical terminology
Ability to read and follow instructions
Professional communication skills
