Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maternal-Fetal Ultrasound Technologist to perform specialized obstetric ultrasounds for high-risk pregnancies. This role involves working closely with maternal-fetal medicine physicians to capture detailed images that support diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment planning. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in advanced obstetric sonography.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality maternal-fetal ultrasounds, including detailed anatomy and growth scans.
Collaborate with physicians to support diagnostic and treatment decisions.
Explain procedures and provide compassionate care to patients and families.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely reporting of findings.
Adhere to safety, infection control, and imaging protocols.
Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment with precision and care.
Qualifications:
Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program
ARDMS certification in OB/GYN; additional Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) or Fetal Echocardiography certification
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, COVID vaccine, recent TB test
Minimum 1-year experience in maternal-fetal or high-risk obstetric imaging
