Job Description
Join BioLife Plasma Services as a Plasma Center Technician, where you'll play a vital role in collecting plasma that contributes to life-changing medicines. Your commitment to customer service and safety will ensure a positive experience for donors as you perform screenings and phlebotomy in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist donors while ensuring safety
Screen new and repeat donors, recording vital signs
Use Donor Information System and maintain accurate records
Identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement
Work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally
1 or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient-facing role
Preferred Qualifications
Fine motor coordination
Depth perception
Ability to hear equipment from a distance
