If this describes you, then Interim Healthcare wants you to be a part of our team. You will assist the Franchisee in providing staffing coordination and serve as a single point of contact for clients and staff to ensure expectations are met or exceeded.
This is a full time in office position with benefits, 7:30a-4:30p (Mon-Fri) and an on-call rotation a couple of times per month.
Communicate staff availability with clients and family members
Manage staff members. Perform reviews with current staff members. Coordinate performance reviews.
Contact clients, family and staff regarding day-to-day changes in scheduling needs.
Perform administrative functions, such as: word processing, photocopying, filing, reception/telephone duties, etc.
Email and mail schedules to clients and staff.
Provide backup assistance for recruiting department.
Ensures compliance with all federal, state and local government laws and regulations as well as policies and procedures of Interim HealthCare.
Assist with hiring new staff members.
Answer phones as needed.
Medical/Healthcare scheduling experience
Home Healthcare or Staffing experience, preferred, not required
Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office suite, scheduling systems, and other healthcare-related software.
