We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior FileMaker Developer to join the Information Technology team of our growing medical devices business. This role requires in-depth understanding of FileMaker applications and a strong background in software development, as well as technical expertise in FileMaker integrations with data warehouses, ERP, CRM, and other corporate systems that support business needs. This role requires in-depth understanding of FileMaker applications and a strong background in software development, as well as technical expertise in FileMaker integrations with data warehouses, ERP, CRM, and other corporate systems that support business needs. Architect and implement integrations between FileMaker and ERP/CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365) using APIs, OData, and other relevant technologies - Analyze, normalize, and transform structured and unstructured data within FileMaker systems to ensure data quality standards - Develop custom FileMaker application solutions for specific business use cases Compliance & Quality Assurance - Ensure applications comply with industry regulations (e.g., Implement and maintain data integrity standards across integrated systems - Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with data integrity standards of integrated SQL databases, ERP, CRM, and billing platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Brightree, NikoHealth) Provide technical training and guidance to end-users - Associate’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - experience with RESTful APIs and data integration techniques - Demonstrated experience integrating FileMaker with ERP and CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Understanding of compliance requirements in the medical industry, including HIPAA and FDA regulations - 5+ years of experience in the medical device or healthcare industry - Familiarity with FileMaker hosting on AWS or similar cloud infrastructure - Knowledge of SQL Server, Azure services and Power BI - Familiarity with agile development methodologies - Project management experience Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. - The employee is also required to use a computer and communicate with others.
