Monitor patient vital signs and respond promptly to changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery instructions. Requirements of the Travel Nurse Valid North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in PCU, step-down, or similar care setting.
