Key Responsibilities
Manage overall project safety and compliance with safety plans
Oversee the development, planning, execution, and closeout of projects
Assemble project teams and ensure integrated teamwork
Support contract administration and preparation
Manage project schedules and ensure compliance
Coordinate with clients and management on project status and impacts
Use construction management software and Microsoft products effectively
Manage change order processes and update project budgets accordingly
Required Qualifications
Six years of project management/construction management experience in hospitality, commercial, and industrial construction
Knowledge of project management processes with the ability to manage a portfolio of projects over $10M annually
Knowledge of project accounting, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, document management, and contract management
Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques
Ability to prepare presentations for department management
Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills
Leadership experience in managing and mentoring project managers
Ability to identify project-related risks and propose mitigation plans
Preferred Qualifications
Project management/construction management experience within a Theme Park environment
