As a Branch Manager at Banner Bank, you will oversee the daily operations of a branch, driving sales and ensuring high client service levels. You will lead and develop your team, while engaging with the community to enhance business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the branch including sales and lending
Develop new deposit and loan business
Provide high level of client service
Conduct training and coaching for staff
Oversee sales and compliance with bank policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science or related field
6 or more years of bank branch leadership and operations experience
2 or more years in a supervisory/management role
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of retail product philosophy and consumer lending process
Proven client service and relationship-building skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
