Job Description
Join Raytheon as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, where you'll lead the enhancement of manufacturing processes and collaborate with multi-disciplined teams to create innovative solutions. Your expertise will be pivotal in developing manufacturing data packages and driving continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design, control, and improvement of manufacturing processes
Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs)
Translate engineering design requirements into manufacturing processes
Support manufacturing areas with process troubleshooting
Lead non-conforming material analysis and corrective actions
Drive Continuous Improvement through process enhancements
Provide real-time technical support to manufacturers
Develop manufacturing process control and performance monitoring
Lead corrective action investigations
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum 5 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 3 years experience
Ability to obtain and maintain Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) clearance
Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance
U.S. citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within a manufacturing environment
Experience leading teams/projects
Experience with interpretation of technical documentation
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge and ability to apply CORE principles and techniques
Technical drawing interpretation (GD&T)
Proficiency with CAD solid modeling tools (CREO/ProE preferred)
