Join Dunham’s Sports as a Team Manager and lead a vibrant team in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. With over 250 locations, your role will focus on driving sales, managing operations, and creating a positive work atmosphere while sharing your passion for sports.
Key Responsibilities
Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store
Leading and training staff in exceptional customer service
Store opening and closing responsibilities
Driving sales through customer service and report analysis
Required Qualifications
2 years of retail management experience
Strong organizational skills

Interpersonal/communication skills
Problem-solving ability
Analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of merchandise such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics
