Job Description

Join Dunham’s Sports as a Team Manager and lead a vibrant team in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. With over 250 locations, your role will focus on driving sales, managing operations, and creating a positive work atmosphere while sharing your passion for sports.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store
  • Leading and training staff in exceptional customer service
  • Store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Driving sales through customer service and report analysis

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of retail management experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Interpersonal/communication skills
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of merchandise such as apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics
