Job Description
Intuit is seeking Tax Associates for the upcoming tax season to work 100% remotely. You will help clients navigate taxation complexities, ensuring they receive exceptional service while preparing their taxes using TurboTax products.
Key Responsibilities
Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products
Provide tax advice and full-service return preparation
Manage product/software inquiries
Maintain sensitive customer and proprietary business information
Document interactions to maintain accurate records
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns
Experience using commercial tax preparation software
Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN)
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to interact with customers through video and audio tools
Preferred Qualifications
Related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria
