Key Responsibilities
Support and train veterinarians in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter techniques
Oversee medicine and surgery at the clinics according to standard operating procedures
Provide compassionate preventive and basic care to patients
Ensure a positive work culture and facilitate effective communication
Participate in monthly veterinary medicine rounds and meetings
Required Qualifications
Current California State Veterinary License
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from an AVMA accredited veterinary college
Minimum three years veterinary experience in small animal medicine and surgery
Minimum one year of experience in high quality, high volume spay/neuter
Excellent work attendance record
Fear FreeĀ® Shelter certification within 60 days of hire
