Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic and service work on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems
Communicate with customers and ensure satisfaction
Complete routine maintenance and equipment cleaning
Record information on customer calls and complete paperwork
Ensure company property and tools are well maintained
Required Qualifications
EPA Universal and NATE certifications
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
High school diploma or GED with technical training certification
2 to 5 years' experience in HVAC
Proficient mechanical aptitude and ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
Effective communication skills
Time-management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment
Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot HVAC systems
Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts
