Key Responsibilities
Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance
Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse
Document outcomes related to resident care and medication administration
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing and grooming
Communicate changes in resident condition to charge nurse
Required Qualifications
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
Preferred Qualifications
High school graduate or GED
Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care
