Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex and moderately complex fraud and non-fraud transactional disputes
  • Engage in customer service activities to satisfy member requests and provide dispute resolution outcomes
  • Process recovery attempts through chargebacks, representments, and arbitrations
  • Document investigation results within the case management system
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
  • 1 year of customer contact experience in a financial services organization
  • 1 year of analytical problem-solving experience
  • Experience working under Federal Banking Regulations (Regulation E, Regulation Z, UDAAP)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years Bank Disputes or Fraud experience within a financial institution
  • Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations including Reg E, Reg Z, and NACHA
  • Proven experience identifying fraud vs non-fraud
  • US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
