Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve complex and moderately complex fraud and non-fraud transactional disputes
Engage in customer service activities to satisfy member requests and provide dispute resolution outcomes
Process recovery attempts through chargebacks, representments, and arbitrations
Document investigation results within the case management system
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk management policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma
1 year of customer contact experience in a financial services organization
1 year of analytical problem-solving experience
Experience working under Federal Banking Regulations (Regulation E, Regulation Z, UDAAP)
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years Bank Disputes or Fraud experience within a financial institution
Knowledge of federal laws, rules, and regulations including Reg E, Reg Z, and NACHA
Proven experience identifying fraud vs non-fraud
US military experience through military service or as a military spouse/domestic partner
