Job Description

Join TEKsystems as a Customer Success Specialist in the Commercial Auto division, where you'll ensure a smooth post-sale experience for customers. You will resolve issues related to vehicle delivery and build long-term customer loyalty through excellent support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to delivery, documentation, warranty, and post-sale concerns
  • Provide timely, clear, and empathetic updates throughout the resolution process
  • Collaborate with logistics, finance, and service teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Guide customers through post-sale processes and available support resources
  • Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve internal processes

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, customer success, or post-sales support
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive or logistics experience
