Job Description
Join The Jewish Board as a Clinical Supervisor, where you'll lead a dedicated team making a significant impact on the lives of New Yorkers. You'll oversee clinical supervision, staff evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards, all while providing essential support to clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct staff Training & Development as required
Conduct staff performance evaluations
Provide direct service to clients as needed
Provide individual and group supervision of program and support staff
Monitor individualized assessments and service plans
Review Case Management/Service/Discharge Plans
Assume on-call administrative and crisis duties
Required Qualifications
LMSW
Master's Degree in related Mental Health discipline
Three years of experience with SED children/adolescents
Case management experience
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent writing skills
Computer literacy
