As a Workplace Planning Associate at Citizens, you will engage affluent clients, providing them with personalized financial planning and exceptional service. Collaborate with financial advisors to deliver tailored strategies that help clients achieve their financial goals while contributing to a dynamic, client-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard new affluent and high-net-worth clients
Grow net deposits, investments, and lending balances
Deepen and retain client relationships through proactive engagement
Provide exceptional client experiences
Engage Wealth Advisors and Certified Financial Planners
Partner with colleagues across different business lines
Leverage Salesforce CRM to track activity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 - 5 years of banking or wealth management experience
Experience with affluent and high net worth clients
Minimum of two licenses (SIE, Series 6, 7, 63, 65, or 66, Life and Health, Accident Insurance)
Demonstrated success in a client-centric sales environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and internal partners
Knowledge of industry regulatory requirements
