Job Description

Join E-Therapy as a Speech Language Pathologist to provide impactful speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, supporting their communication goals and overall growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
  • Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results
  • Provide direct therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members
  • Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Document therapy sessions and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Current ASHA certification
  • Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
  • Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
