Join E-Therapy as a Speech Language Pathologist to provide impactful speech and language therapy services to K-12 students, supporting their communication goals and overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities
Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results
Provide direct therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational team members
Incorporate evidence-based techniques into therapy sessions
Monitor students' progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Document therapy sessions and progress reports
Participate in IEP meetings
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
Current ASHA certification
Experience providing speech-language therapy services in a school or pediatric setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems
Proficiency in assessment tools and therapeutic techniques commonly used in pediatric speech-language pathology
