Job Description

Join The Jewish Board as a Behavioral Health Clinician and make a meaningful impact by providing culturally competent clinical care to individuals and families. You'll work within a supportive team to enhance the resilience and well-being of the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide person-centered services to a caseload of individual participants
  • Facilitate recovery-oriented groups
  • Coordinate PROS services for participants
  • Coordinate care with families and community agencies
  • Plan and facilitate activities and special events
  • Supervise student interns
  • Participate in clinical meetings and trainings
  • Maintain documentation according to standards

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in counseling, creative arts, or social work from an accredited program
  • New York State License or limited permit in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), Creative Arts Therapy (LCAT), or social work (LMSW)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in a second language
  • Experience with tele mental health platforms
