Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $184.30 - $199.50

This facility is seeking a Psychiatry Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

· Schedule: ASAP – Ongoing, Full Time, 8am to 5pm; Four days per week; 24-hour call coverage one weekend per month.

· Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic setting

· Scope: Botox for spasticity management.

· Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days

· State Licensure: Must have Active Vermont license

· Requirements: Must be Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible, Basic Life Support (BLS)
