Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Occupational Therapist to fulfill the defined patient-specific care plan
Ensure all patient needs are fully addressed
Deliver high-quality skilled care to patients facilitating their ROM, strength, coordination, use of adaptive equipment, and functional mobility
Document care delivery daily in the EMR system
Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of occupational therapy assistant with an associate degree in occupational therapy
Current State License to practice occupational therapy
Current state driver’s license
Auto liability insurance
Proof of CPR
Preferred Qualifications
One year experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
