Key Responsibilities
Sourcing, interviewing, and recruitment
Job offers coordination and new hire paperwork
Maintaining databases and acting as a liaison between hiring managers and candidates
Interpreting compensation, benefits, and job descriptions
Assist in the development of human resource policies
Attend recruitment events on- and off-campus
Support team members and assist co-workers with HR-related questions
Required Qualifications
3 years recruitment experience
BS Degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Handle confidential information
Ability to relate with diverse populations
