Regular use of cue-based or infant driven feeds preferred. Our unit focuses on optimal developmental support. Our unit culture is very team oriented and supportive. We have a core group of Neos that are great to work with. We are a community-based hospital and not a tertiary/quaternary hospital. We are a smaller team so more relational.
