Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN)

Location: Concord, MA
Contract Type: 13 Weeks | 40 hrs/week | 4x10 Hour Day Shifts
Start Date: November 17, 2025

 

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to ensure safe and efficient patient care.
• Maintain sterile techniques and uphold all infection control standards.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs throughout surgical procedures.
• Prepare, handle, and maintain surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment.
• Participate in on-call rotations as assigned.

Requirements:

• Licensure: Active Massachusetts RN License (Required)
• Certifications: BLS (AHA) Required
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of OR experience in an acute care setting
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced surgical environment
