Join AMR as a Paramedic and deliver compassionate, high-quality patient care in emergency situations. Utilize your advanced medical skills and lead your team in providing critical medical services.
Key Responsibilities
Assess each call situation to determine best course of action
Utilize Paramedic skills on medical equipment and procedures
Communicate with patients and loved ones
Act as Paramedic team leader and manage scene and unit
Drive the ambulance on 911 responses
Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
California Drivers’ License
Ambulance Driver’s License
Medical Examiner’s Card
State of California Paramedic License
CPR Card (AHA ONLY, Health Care Provider)
ACLS Card (AHA ONLY)
PALS Card (AHA ONLY) or PEPP
Driving record in compliance with safety policy
ICS courses: IS-100B, IS-200B, IS-700A, IS-800B
