Key Responsibilities
Perform preventative maintenance on medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers
Complete minor repairs and standard component inspections
Ensure equipment licensing and registration for roadworthiness
Document work orders through the online Enterprise Asset Management system
Install, replace, and repair onboard computers
Inspect brake systems and other important parts
Perform routine maintenance using hand and power tools
Train and provide guidance to other Mechanics
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent
3 - 5 years of proven medium to heavy-duty vehicle repair experience
Experience with PM's, tire & wheel, air & air disc brakes
Diagnosis and computerized diagnostics
Electrical troubleshooting and electronic component repair
Experience in refrigeration
