Job Description

Join Avis Budget Group as a Customer Return Agent and be part of a team focused on delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you'll assist customers with returning rental cars while enjoying competitive pay and a variety of benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Help customers return their rental cars
  • Meet and greet customers
  • Secure keys and record mileage, gas levels, and damage
  • Check cars into the computer system
  • Provide excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Basic computer skills
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to work outdoors
  • Flexibility to work all shifts
  • Must be able to stand, walk or move throughout rental lot
  • Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months retail customer service experience
