Job Description
Join Love's Travel Stops & Country Store as a General Manager in Training, where you'll oversee daily operations and lead a team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. With an emphasis on career growth and support, you'll play a crucial role in our mission to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and inventory management
Assist the General Manager with task execution and reporting
Analyze profit and loss statements to affect change
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
Preferred Qualifications
